• Paper registrations:
  
  For each accepted conference / workshop / demo / poster paper, in order to include your paper in the program as well as in the proceedings, at least one (co)author of your paper must register and pay the "Paper Registration" fee by Sep 1, 2015, attend the conference and present the paper.
• IEEE/ACM Member registrations:
  
  Member special fee applies for individual members of IEEE and ACM at the time of registration must provide a valid evidence of their IEEE or/and ACM membership at the registration desk.
• Student registrations:
  
  • Student (a full-time student) discount is *Not* available for the author registering for an accepted regular paper.
  • At the time of registration, non-author Students will be requested to provide a copy of the student ID card or a verification letter of full-time student status from the department head. This document will have to be sent by fax or e-mail to the contact person listed below.
  • Non-author student registration does *NOT* cover the banquet ticket and the conference proceedings.
• Extra papers::
  
  Authors who have two or more papers accepted can only register once and pay USD 500 (JPY 65,000) for each extra paper to help defray the cost of printing.
• Extra pages:
  
  Authors whose papers have extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional USD 100 (JPY 13,000) per page, up to 2 extra pages per paper, to help cover the added cost of printing.
• Registration deadline for extra papers / pages:
  
  The deadline for authors and extra papers / pages is Sep 1, 2015.

• Registration payment can be made via credit card (higly recommended), bank transfer and cheque.
• Registration will only be considered completed upon reception of registration fees.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer (wire transfer) is discouraged as it generates additional cost and organizational burden on both parties, the registering participant(s) and organizers. If you decide to use bank transfer for payment of your fees, please remember to:

• Write your name and paper number (if applicable) on the transfer note. The name must be the same as that on the registration form. If you fail to do so, your registration fee might not be recorded properly.
• Make your transfer net of all processing charges. The payment, and hence the registration process, will not be concluded successfully if the amount transferred is reduced due to charges deducted by your bank.

If you choose the payment method in the VISA or Mastercard, please pay in Japanese yen (JPY) since our credit card agency only accepts Japanese Yen. The credit card transaction is done off-line.
We use the exchange rate: US$1 = Japanese Yen (JPY)130.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• For the paper registration, the registration fees are *not refundable*.
• Registration fee can be refunded *in full with USD 100 (JPY 13,000) deduced* for processing costs if the cancellation request is made on or before *Oct 06, 2015*.
• 50% of registration fee can be refunded for cancellation request made in writing and received by the Secretariat (see address information below) on or before *Nov 26, 2015*.
• There will be no refund for cancellation made after *Nov 26, 2015*.
• Refund (if any) will be made *after the conference by bank draft*.
